Visit BARL's Adoption Center Thursday–Sunday, Noon–3:00 p.m. (or by appointment); adopters must be at least 21 years old, complete an application, provide valid photo ID, and pay an adoption fee ($100 for dogs, $85 for cats), which covers spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming, and microchipping.
