The Scottish Terrier (Scottish Gaelic: Abhag Albannach; also known as the Aberdeen Terrier), popularly called the Scottie, is a breed of dog. Initially one of the highland breeds of terrier that were grouped under the name of Skye Terrier, it is one of five breeds of terrier that originated in Scotland, the other four being the modern Skye, Cairn, Dandie Dinmont, and West Highland White terriers.

The Sealyham Terrier is a rare Welsh breed of small to medium-sized terrier that originated in Wales as a working dog. It is principally a white-bodied, rough-coated breed, developed in the mid-to-late-19th century by Captain John Edwardes at Sealyham House, Pembrokeshire.

The Segugio Italiano dog breed originated in Italy back in ancient times to work as a scenthound during hunts. Today, people know this medium-sized breed as an energetic and sociable companion.

The Shiba Inu is a breed of hunting dog originating from Japan. As a small-to-medium-sized breed, it is the smallest of the six original and distinct spitz breeds native to Japan. The Shiba Inu is known for its alert and agile nature, which makes it well-suited for navigating mountainous terrain and hiking trails. Originally bred for hunting, this breed is characterized by its keen senses and agility.

Shiba Inus have a distinctive appearance with a compact, muscular body and a fluffy double coat that can come in various colors including red, sesame, black and tan, and cream. They have a fox-like face with pointed ears and a curled tail, which adds to their unique and charming appearance.

Despite their small size, Shiba Inus are known for their strong-willed and independent personality. They are intelligent and often exhibit a confident demeanor. While they may be reserved with strangers, they are generally loyal and affectionate towards their families. Regular exercise and mental stimulation are important to keep them happy and healthy. Their grooming needs are relatively low, but their dense coat does require periodic brushing to manage shedding and maintain its condition.

The Shichon is a mixed breed dog–a cross between the Shih Tzu and the Bichon Frise dog breeds. Affectionate, intelligent, and outgoing, these pups inherited some of the best qualities from both of their parents.

The Shih Tzu is a toy dog breed originating from Tibet and having been bred from the Pekingese and the Lhasa Apso. Shih Tzus are well known for their short snout and large round eyes, as well as their ever growing coat, floppy ears, and short and stout posture.
